Random Quotes from Packing Day

   Do any of you remember the show, "The Beverly Hillbillies?"  I think it was the opening sequence that showed them relocating from Tennessee to Beverly Hills with their vehicle loaded to the top.  Now, with that in mind . .
    Annette:  "What if I can't fit everything in the suitcase?  Can I just get a bungee cord and strap my tennis shoes to the back of the bike somewhere?"

    Jerry and Josh both immediately stop what they are doing, and stare at me with a look of total amazement.                Jerry - "This is NOT "The Beverly Hillbillies!  This is a motorcycle trip"

   All of you men are thinking "Exactly"  All of you ladies are thinking "What? I thought it was a great idea!"

   Here is the bag I was allotted.  Mind you, my daughter Erin takes something about twice this size just to spend one night at a friend's house.

   Packing Day was a bit stressful for many reasons, mostly because of our wonderful Oklahoma weather.  Stopping every few hours to prepare for "tennis ball size hail" that never came, did not help our productivity. Still, we got it all done and squeezed in a birthday dinner for Zach (23 years old yesterday!)  We plan on leaving as soon as we get off work today.  Keep us in your thoughts and prayers.
