Pirates and Sirens

So when I found a good deal online for the Treasure Island Hotel, I was excited to book it.  Then, when we checked into our room, I sarcastically said "Oh great, we have a room overlooking the "Siren" show.  (This used to be a pirate show, until Las Vegas dropped it's whole "Vegas is for Families" advertising campaign and decided to go with the "What Happens In Vegas, Stays In Vegas" campaign.)
Anyway, Josh set up a "viewing" chair in front of the window, got out my binoculars and settled in for the show.  I didn't have to worry about Jerry and Zach - the Thunder game had started and they were glued to the tv.
Much to Josh's disappointment, the trees below obscured the "Sexy Siren's" boat and he only had a view of the "Hunky Pirate's" boat.  ha ha ha ha  God is good . . .

Just to send my more "cultured" friends over the edge - out of all the restaurants in Vegas - Bobby Flay's, Emeril's, and many more - Jerry and I ended up eating at the food court in the Venetian.  Jerry had that "Chinese" food that you can get at any mall in Oklahoma and I had a slice of cheese pizza at a fake Italian place.  (Matt, try not to have a heart attack!!)
