Dorothy says "We're still in Kansas!"

   I am in Hays, Kansas, sharing a hotel room with "da boys."  Josh is watching "Galaxy Quest" starring Tim Allen, Jerry is on his Iphone, and my introvert Zach, said "I'll be back" and went for a walk.  Is this a glimpse of what is to come?  Is it too late to bail out of this adventure?
   Not many highlights to report today, but my boss is about to redecorate the den of her beautiful house in Crown Heights, so I had to include this photo of the wonderful "figurines" that were available at one of our gas stops today.

Margaret, I know that you're going to be disappointed, but Jerry would not let me purchase a set for your house.

  Negative today:  We are averaging 9 miles to the gallon with the weight of the bikes and the trailer.  We may run out of money soon and have to turn back.
